b. vanilla + caramel gelato (dairy–free)

Ingredients

½ cup coconut yogurt very cold (almost frozen)

1 frozen banana

¼ cup of almond milk

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

good quality caramel sauce for decoration OR

(coconut sugar for clean eating version)

Method

  1. blend the frozen banana, almond milk and coconut yogurt
  2. stir in caramel sauce gently
  3. scoop into jar
  4. add caramel sauce and sprinkle almonds for decoration
