b. Caramel Cinnamon Crunch

All my friends are currently obsessed with donut (Cronuts) filled with sweet delights like caramel / custard – here is the healthy dairy free b.version.

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

fresh granola

2 tablespoons coconut yogurt

2 x frozen banana

1 tablespoon cacao

1 teaspoon agave syrup

1 tablespoon coconut sugar

Method 

  1. Blend frozen banana, coconut yogurt and vanilla protein together into large mix.
  2. Split mix into two – Add cinnamon and agave syrup to one part of mixture
  3. Add cacao to other part of mixture.
  4. Layer ‘cinnamon part’
  5. then granola
  6. then ‘cacao part’
  7. then sprinkle with coconut sugar
  8. Serve in a jar
