1 cup of raw cashews / walnuts / almonds

1 cup of chopped dates

1/2 cup of cacao

1 scoop of BodyScience Nitrovol Lean Muscle Chocolate protein

3 tablespoon of coconut oil

1/4 cup of almond meal

½ cup of shredded coconut


  1. Place in a blender > dates, nuts, almond meal, protein and oil.
  2. Blend it all up until the natural oils in nuts are released and mixture is fine and moist
  3. Add coconut oil and shredded coconut
  4. Blend again until evenly combined
  5. Roll into balls and place in the fridge (options to roll into coconut again)
