Ingredients

2 sprigs of fresh parsley
1 handful of baby spinach leaves
1 fresh pear cut into slices
a knob fresh Ginger grated
1 cup of Coconut water
3 ice cubes

Method 

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a jar. Add pear slice and blueberry for decoration.
  3. Drink and enjoy!
