I love warm Hot Cross Buns with melting butter but unfortunately they do not like me. To satisfy to ultimate Easter time urge with a healthy twist it’s the b.Hot Cross Bun Jar. It is a totally clean eating dessert or snack for anytime and ohhhh it hits the Hot Cross spot.

(Mixture amount per jar) Serves 1.
1 frozen banana
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 grated apple
1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon currants
1 scoop of Body Science Nitroval -White Chocolate Protein
2 tablespoon almond meal
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon of rice syrup
cinnamon and currents for decoration
Blend the banana, cinnamon, apple and yogurt
Mix in currents gently to mixture
Layer 1 – mix and press the the mixture of almond meal, cinnamon, shredded coconut, rice syrup base into jar.
Layer 2 – Pour or scoop in banana; cinnamon mixture.
Layer 3 – Add four currants and create a cinnamon cross.
