b. kneeling row

The kneeling row is a great beginners exercise for creating strength in your shoulders and upper back.  It also forces you to switch on your trunk (core) and allows good stabilisation through your legs and inner thigh.

I complete this exercise in a series of other weight activities as part of a complete circuit.

b.kneeling row how to:

set your body with knees shoulder width in kneeling position

activate your trunk by pulling through your core ( belly button)
