b.truth: this is my all time favourite smoothie recipe so far as I love the flavours together. I love ice-cream and this smoothie will more than satisfy that crave. So much so.. that you will crave this clean smoothie before ice-cream too. Another bonus is you don’t get congested from the creaminess and this is especially important in these winter months when flu and cold season is around therefore we must find food options that create clean breathing.
b. peanut butter jelly smoothie
1 cup Almond milk or nutmylk
1x frozen banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter (organic version)
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein (optional)
My b. protein fave is (Body Science – Nitrovol Lean Muscle – vanilla) however remove from recipe if you require a dairy-free version.
1. Blend milk, protein, banana and peanut butter.
2. Place in jar pomegranate and seeds and then pour peanut butter blend into jar and add more pomegranate swirl through top
3. Serve with more peanut if required in straw.
