+b.truth> I make double lots of these burgers and take them to work all week. Sometimes I make the same mixture into ball size and eat them as savoury high protein ball as they are delicious dipped in +b. hummus (recipe on available here).
b. vege burgers
These delicious hot or cold burgers have an options to eat with a simple salad or on a bread roll with your favourite additions.
1 can of lentils
1 x grated zucchini
3 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
approx 2 cups mashed vegetable leftovers / broccoli, sweet potato and pumpkin
1/2 cup quinoa (pre-cooked)
1/4 cup coconut flour
salt and pepper
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2.Roll into balls and fry in a fry pan with rice bran oil until brown.
3. allow to cool before serving (if you can wait).
combine soy sauce with coconut sugar sprinkles and lemon juice and add to pour evenly over entire burger.
