b. Top 5 tips for better health.

‘Treat your body like an expensive car .. feed it with good fuel, wash it, polish it and drive it often…’ b.x

b.truth. I use this analogy often as it truly surprises me how people care more for things (in astronomical amounts)…. yet they are gifted with the most expensive thing called ‘life and health’ and treat the body like a dump.

Imagine your body is a ‘luxury car’ that your proud of driving, imagine your body is ‘the talk of the water cooler or coffee van’ Love this car  like you should your body cause this is your vehicle for life.

This vehicle we call our bodies helps to live our life and if we damage it most of the time it repairs however if we damage it on a regular basis it takes longer and longer to bounce back.  This is where the most damage is done and it creates long term health problems.

Put value into your body rather than thing for example feed it with the best quality food, look after it by exercising it daily, drink water to keep its engine clean and always polish it because just like a car it looks better when it has been looked after!


b. Top tips for better health:

1. Drink a glass of water before and after every meal.

2. Eat more green vegetables and fruits everyday.

3. Less alcohol on the weekend. Try and limit to two glasses.

4. Stop glorifying the donut!  They are so bad for us.. as they are pure fat, sugar and flour it is the ultimate in unhealthy eating.

5. Less Red meat and no processed meats of any kind.

Live your life to the fullest by spending your money on your health and wellbeing it will give you more wealth than you could dream of.
