Sweet crispy b.bread topped with yogurt and fruit

This is a delicious afternoon tea snack or anytime replacement for biscuit or bread.  Add this to your must bake on the weekend.  It can be topped with just about anything – try banana and cacao or smashed avocado.  It is a go anywhere slice, bread alternative for breakfast, snack or lunch.


Sweet crispy b.bread topped with yogurt and fruit

 

Ingredients

½ cup Almond meal

½ cup Sunflower seeds

½ cup Pepitas

½ cup Currants

½ cup Coconut flour

½ cup Chia seeds

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup rice bran syrup

 

Method

  1. Blend until mixture is moist.
  2. Line baking tray; prepare oven moderate
  3. Press mixture into tray.
  4. Bake 20mins hot oven – until crispy

Remove and cool / add toppings

Top with Pink lady apple, Yogurt, Berries
