b. bbq banana salmon with passionfruit | b.hummus salad + halloumi ✔️ my favourite tastes in one meal > plus the bonus of protein, healthy, clean eating and all part of the b.flat tummy food collection


 

Ingredients

salmon with skin on

banana sliced long ways

1 whole passionfruit

handful of baby spinach sliced

halloumi sliced

rice bran oil for barbeque

 

>b. hummus > see the recipe on the food section of blog

 

Method

  1. Heat bbq plate or fry pan until hot.
  2. Bbq salmon as normal and next to it on the (bbq/frypan) put banana > the juices will seep into the salmon as it cooks.
  3. Add halloumi to frypan and brown also
  4. Layer up the plate with spinach, 1 side of passionfruit scooped over salad.
  5. Remove salmon and place on plate > layer banana across salmon and place halloumi on plate also.
  6. Pour the remaining passionfruit across salmon and banana
  7. Fill the empty passionfruit with b. hummus (prepared early)
  8. Enjoy this deliciousness.
