b. Nutty Balls – The 3pm Crave Killer

This recipe is the most asked for by everyone, as it is the latest update version to protein ball.  The b.Nutty Balls – My ultimate b.Crew Favourite Recipe 🙌🏽. It is the perfect amount of nut, sweet and deliciousness all rolled into one.  It is also my secret to the 3pm Crave – one of these with a  hot water and you are on your way to making it out of the deadly ‘chocolate gain weight time zone’ .


The b.Nutty Balls

Ingrdients

1 cup crushed Brazil nuts
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 scoop @bodyscience (Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour) Nitrovol lean protein
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoon – Chia seeds or cacao for rolling

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Roll into balls (ps.kids love this little job).
  3.  Store in fridge air tight container

 

Eat anytime! Dessert, snack, breakfast smoothie bowl … or 3pm CRAVE time.

    Thanks so much for sharing this! I actually get my ‘sugar’ craving sometimes mid morning or afternoon.
    In the past I have eaten fruit and nut trail mix but find this leaves me bloated and feeling sick (due to nuts I have recently found out), I love dates but I’ve heard mixed reviews about them.
    Are they a good that will make me gain weight? I’m someone that gains weight fast so I would love some feedback 😁
