b. walking lunge with the 9 kg medicine ball twist
This exercise is my weekly ‘must do’ I believe this has changed my leg and core definition the most. It particularly focuses on the glutes, quads and calf muscles in your legs. The twist with medicine ball helps to create trunk activation therefore creating stability in the whole mid section of your body.
Complete X 20 walking lunges with the twist swapping sides at each step.
