As we come into the munch Summer months in Australia we are searching for an easy snack. This one is the most loved healthy snack for kids and adults and stores in the freezer for a week.
Recipe: b.Yogurt Bark
1 cup yogurt (Greek or Coconut)
1/2 cup Frozen Berries
1/2 cup Nuts (your choice, I use slivered almonds, crushed peanuts)
2 tablespoons of Manuka honey or Rice bran syrup
Optional – Add a scoop of vanilla protein for extra (not recommended for kids)
- Place on lined tray – yogurt spread out evenly, add berries and swirl through.
- Sprinkle nuts on top.
- Swirl honey over bark
- Place in freezer for 1 hour.
- Cut and serve and store in airtight freezer container.
- This version can be changed and altered with your favourite bits.
