Be a ‘Fit Beauty’

Fit Beauty.

A person who has beauty within and outwardly as well as maintaining a healthy and fit body. b. x

What do you see, feel or embrace as beautiful?

What do you see or feel as healthy?

What do you see or feel as fit?

After discussing this with a group of my lovely friends we came to the conclusion of these above particular questions as being the most important questions to answer for yourself in setting progressive goals.

(see previous blog post > *progressive goals)

We all have different thoughts and views on what we see as beauty.  This aspect on life is probably the best part of being human.  Beauty is really in the eyes of the beholder.  When you see beauty within oneself you can begin to love and accept you.

Health is also an aspect at which you can judge yourself.

Are you waking each morning feeling well?

Are you sleeping well?

Is your skin clear? Eyes bright?

Are you sick often?

Are you in pain?

Do you need to take medication each day?

If you answered yes to any of these questions it is time to discover why you feel like this.  Seek to find answers to become healthy.  It maybe a simple solution > go and read, seek to find out more, google it, speak to experts and find all the reasons and ways health can become your wealth.

Make some simple changes within in your food lifestyle, add a walk every morning to your routine (take the kids too) and drink more water.

These three simple things to change your health and family health dramatically within a week.

Go on try it!

Fitness can be improved at any age and/or any part of your life.

‘Being fit is being able to live your life to the fullest, without any worry that your body will not cope with it’. b.x

b.truth➡️I believe fit is beautiful
Women need to look like women, strong and healthy women✔️
➕Women’s bodies withstand a lot and the only way to maintain this beauty is looking after it in the correct way.  We are lucky enough to have so much available information about our bodies, health, fitness and food. However, we need to find the right information that is specific to women.  Women should NOT train like men.  We are clearly NOT made up the same therefore we should not workout and eat like them.  To ensure we keep our feminine lines we must exercise and eat in a specific way to keep the beauty and not gain the braun.

➕Fitness is not about huge muscles or even abs for women… it’s about healthy body lines that create womanly curves. It’s about giving your body strength and health to be able to cope in any situation. We as women do a lot.  We need to remain healthy and fit to cope with our daily lifestyle of Mum jobs or just that multitasking that all women do.

To remain fit and healthly we must stay balanced and aligned in body and mind. To do this circuit training is key > use light weights and always (I INSIST) always remain aligned (especially if you have had children > as hips, pelvis and lower back need supportive exercises).  Exercise is not meant to be difficult, it is meant to create body balance, strength and body shape.

NOTE:

Please be aware there are a multitude of unsuitable exercise available > **Look at the persons body sharing exercise techniques >

if you ‘like’ their body > follow their techniques >

if you ‘don’t like’ their body > clearly they are not getting the best from their fitness and health techniques > therefore you won’t either.

**Please be cautious of ‘new and unproven’ high repetition > heavy weighted > swinging > dangerous looking exercises. **
