Arm exercises for women are very important and I is also very feared among many. Lets look at the myths very carefully..
- using weights will NOT give you huge biceps
- you will not get man arms (unless you really want this?)
You will however get great shape and gain strength to do proper push ups and even carry a lot more groceries into the house.
-completing a set of bicep curls with weights 4kg – 7.5kg maximum.
-complete 12 reps on both arms 3 times
-add a set of 8-12 push ups in between each set
