  • Run up the set of stairs holding the medicine ball above your head – (concentrate on your core stability and breathe)
  • Come back down the stairs doing jump squats SLOWLY holding the medicine ball above your head (focus on your core again)
  • Add 15 reps of tricep arm behind your head (holding the ball) exercises to add a rest in the session between runs
  • Complete 20 reps of this for a serious sweat session.
