The b.live.wear abdominal b.twenties

My favourite abdominal combinations to create great strong abdominals are called the b.twenties.

You will need

  • a bosu ball
  • gym mat
  • 3-5kg dumbbell weight
  • something to hook your feet into – seat/ under lounge/ bar
  • strong mindset

PART ONE

  1.  Hook your feet into bars (as seen above)
  2. Use the bosu ball to support your back (particularly good for women post birth/ weak cores / back problems)
  3.  Hold a dumbbell to your chest
  4. Hold your body strong and do a 20 sit ups

PART TWO

  1. Move backwards onto flat ground
  2. Use the bosu ball bounce or rebound as the resistance for your feet to bounce from in a flutter kick motion.
  3. Complete 20

PART THREE

  1. Remain in the same position.
  2. Knee to elbow sit ups with a twist
  3. Make sure you are in a v shape position
  4. Complete 20

PART FOUR

  1. Turn over into a push up position
  2. Knee to elbow holding strong core through your belly button.
  3. Complete 20

This set needs to be complete 3-4 times.
